Yes, Packers Delivery provides comprehensive coverage to all 58 wilayas in Algeria.
Do Packers recover payment from my customers?
Yes, our cash-on-delivery service is available nationwide, and we handle collecting the payment for goods directly from your customers.

Are deliveries made to homes or Packers' offices?
We offer two delivery options:
Doorstep Delivery with Cash on Delivery: Your order is delivered to your chosen address, and our distributor will contact you to confirm delivery.
Office Delivery with Cash on Delivery: Your order is delivered to our company office, and you will be notified to pick it up upon arrival.
Does Packers provide pick-up service?
Yes, Packers offers a free pick-up service for your convenience.

Pricing and Delivery Policies
The following policies outline critical details for calculating delivery costs and managing shipments. Please review these terms to ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is provided at no cost for all wilayas.
Weight-Based Pricing
Pricing applies to parcels up to 10 kg. An additional 50 DZD per kilogram is charged for weight exceeding 10 kg.
Volume-Based Pricing
Volume is calculated as (Length × Width × Height) × 200. The higher value between weight and volume determines the pricing.
Delivery Duration
Delivery duration is calculated from the date the parcel is received at the sending office. Fridays are excluded from the delivery duration.
Return Collection
Returned parcels must be collected within 7 days of arrival at the office. A storage fee of 20 DZD per day is applied thereafter.
